Chiara Trombini

Chiara Trombini is a tenured Associate Professor of Organisation and People Management at Luiss Business School, where she also serves as Co-Director of the Executive Master in Human Resources, Organisation and Leadership. 

She holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University and has held academic positions across Asia, Europe, and the United States, including a Postdoctoral Fellowship at INSEAD in Singapore and a Research Fellowship at Harvard University.

Her research focuses on the future of work, examining how technology, gender, and relational factors shape organisational behaviour, with implications for leadership effectiveness, productivity, and employee well-being. Her work has been published in leading academic journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Information Systems Research, and the Journal of Business Ethics, among others.

In 2024, she was recognised by Poets&Quants as one of the "Best 40-Under-40 MBA Professors."
